Become a Heart Spot Car Storage Volunteer!

Hearts of Wheels is a new aged economically disadvantaged and at-risk youth car ownership ministry that prides itself on incorporating new innovative ideas to enhance the efficiencies of its non-profit car charity. Here at Hearts of Wheels, we use the thousands of dollars it would take to lease or own real-estate property for our ministry and turn it into more cars for our economically disadvantaged and at-risk youth.  

We are currently enlisting a volunteer army of storage space donors within 30 miles of our area of operations. A Heart Spot storage space is a residential parking space within a thirty-mile area of a Hearts of Wheels location. Hearts of Wheels occasionally need to store cars for up to a 30 to 60 day period. This need usually occurs during our spring and fall Annual Car Charity Roundups. 

 A tax-deductible in-kind temporary storage agreement will be made with Hearts of Wheels to store its donated program cars until they are issued. Hearts of Wheels will record your storage spots as an in-kind tax-exempt donation for the period of storage granted. The amount of exempt taxes will depend on the period stored, the type and amount of parking spaces. The typical parking space donations range from inside garage spaces ($125 credit monthly) to outside covered sheds ($75 credit monthly) to rural on grass parking ($50 credit monthly).

Hearts of Wheels will call in advance before showing up with any car to be stored. Cars for storage will be clean, operable, and safe to drive.
